Returns and Refunds

We strive to provide our customers with the best customer service and quality fabric!
To ensure that our customers get the quality that they deserve, We have a process in which we inspect our fabric to the best of our abilities before each order is shipped out.
Due to the nature of digital printing, any minor flaws 2 inches or less than that will not impact the fabric appearance in its entirety will not be discounted or refunded.
If you receive a flawed or damaged order, Please provide a photo and clear description of the damage or flaw to customerservice@texasheifersfabric.net
We do not offer refunds for flaws that are on or within 3 inches of the selvage including but not limited to bleed throughs.
Any custom fabric that has specific dates or names will not be refunded.
No refunds are granted or permissible on our sale items.
If a refund is approved you have 1-2 business days to send the items back or the refund will be cancelled.
If a refund is approved there will be an invoice for a $5 restocking fee per yard as well and a confirmation email.
To receive a refund you must reach out within 72 HOURS of receiving the product.
If conditions are not met, The operator reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds.

Shipping

Texas Heifers Fabric Co is not responsible for packages once they are in the carriers hands. We will do our best in aiding with any lost or stolen packages. Shipping delays are out of our control.
